Our buckles are made with a high tensile strength and are run through a tensile test to ensure safety during normal use and everyday wear and tear. (Wear and tear associated with scratching, biting, and rubbing of decorative fabric excluded). As with all pet collars and leashes on the market, they should be inspected regularly. Our collars are not recommended for tie-out or pulling additional burden other than pet’s own weight.
