It originally started as a premium dry food, but the bonus of creating food for your dog’s weight and needs. It used only to offer 300g wet food trays, so it wasn’t suitable for smaller dogs, but it has recently expanded with 150g trays and many food options.

Pros

Cons

• You can’t just order the wet food; it has to be accompanied with the dry kibble.
• The dry/wet mix seems a bit off; they recommended way more dry food than my dog would like/want. It was challenging to change the ratio.
• If I fed my dog what they are suggesting, he would be overweight, it could just be mine, but he just doesn’t eat that much food.

• It has vegan and veggie options (my dog hated them!)
• They sent a lovely postcard of my dog, nice touch.

Cons

• They are delivered in a special box as they are frozen; it feels a bit wasteful on the packaging side; you can reuse and recycle, but it is a lot.
• There aren’t any gravy options, and they are very high meat. My dog likes gravy options, so he did get a bit bored.
• No dry kibble options

Unlike anything I have given my dog before, you mix water, which turns into food. It does seem a bit odd, but my dog ate it, and he is very fussy.

Cons

• You can only try two recipes out on trial; it would have been nice to try out more
• it is dry dust, and then you add water, it doesn’t look quite as appetising in real life, but dog does seem to like it
• They have a fussy dog recipe, but it doesn’t take long for my guy to get bored with it!
